You will be responsible for managing facility services in hotels across Germany, focusing on optimizing quality and costs.   • Manage and optimize facility services in hotels throughout Germany.

TheRole:

AsaHotelFacilityManager,youwillberesponsibleforthemanagementandoptimizationofallaspectsofthefacilityservicesinhotelsthroughoutGermanyincludinghousekeeping,laundryservices,wastemanagement,andothersmallfacilityservices.

Youwillberesponsibleforthemanagementofthesupplierswhowilldelivertheseservicesandfortheoptimizationbetweenthevendors,withthegoaltocontinuouslystrivetooutstandthequalityoftheservicesdeliveredandtolowerthetotalcosts.

Onatacticallevelyouoverlookthequality,contractualagreements,processdevelopmentandaccountmanagement.

Clientmanagement:

  • Actastheprimarypointofcontactfortheclient
  • Establishandmaintainastrongclientrelationship
  • Provideregularupdatesandreportstotheclientonfacilityoperations,performance,and budgetarymatters
  • Identifyandimplementinitiativestoenhanceclientsatisfactionandimproveoverallservicedelivery

Vendorandcontractmanagement:

  • Establishandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithvendorsandcontractors,includingmanagingperformance
  • Monitorvendorservicedelivery,ensuringadherencetoagreedservicelevelsandcontractualobligations
  • Overseebackofhouseservices(i.e.cleaning,linen,pestcontrol,wastemanagementetc.)toensurehighstandardsofcleanlinessandhygienethroughouttheproperty
  • Ensuringthattheserviceisdeliveredincompliancewithclientpolicies,guidelinesandrelevanthealthandsafetylegislation

  • Bachelor’sdegreeordemonstratedequivalentprofessionalexperienceinhospitality;
  • +2yearsorrelevantworkingexperienceinmanagement(i.e.HeadHousekeeping,HotelManager,FacilityManagerorinasimilarroleinthehotelindustry);
