Responsibilities
  • Serve as a passionate host for the Belvedere fine dining restaurant, ensuring unobtrusive and relaxed service, a stylish ambience, and a marvellous view for guests.
  • Lead the guest experience in a high-end setting and be actively involved in the design of menus and F&B promotions.
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction, handle enquiries, and manage guest expectations.
  • Ensure smooth operation of daily service, including coordination with kitchen and bar teams.
  • Be familiar with budget, cost control, and optimisation considerations.
  • Maintain and contribute to the wine program and wine orders as a sommelier or wine-savvy host.
  • Oversee and maintain the restaurant's reservation systems as applicable.
  • Manage project work and contribute to taking the restaurant to the next level.
  • Demonstrate strong customer contact skills and communication with guests and team members.
  • Handle complaints and feedback professionally and use them as opportunities to improve.
Qualifications
  • You already have experience in upscale catering and have leadership skills.
  • You are a passionate host, have style and are creative.
  • You are actively involved in the design of menus and F&B promotions.
