Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Host to join our team at Wertheim Village. As a In Village Concierge / Host (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. You will assist guests with inquiries, offer information about the village's amenities and events, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Provide information about the Village, including store locations, events, and promotions.
  • Assist guests with any inquiries or issues they may have, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to address guests' needs and resolve any problems promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the Member Carts and surrounding areas.
  • Assist with the distribution of promotional materials and village maps.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Participate in village events and activities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Support the Hands Free Shopping Service during peak times and on the off-peak.
  • Support the Concierge Service during peak times.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Computer Skills with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • German and English languages are required.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
