We are seeking motivated and communicative Call Center Agents (m/w/d) to support our customer service team for the Vodafone project – entirely from home. Start: 03.06.2025 | Location: 100% Homeoffice | Weekly hours: 30 - 40 h | Employment: permanent
Training times: Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 15:30 (5-week training and 3-week transition phase)
Working hours: Monday to Sunday between 07:30 and 22:00, including holidays (5-day week, shift model)
Salary: Fixed €2,223/month (for 40h/week) + fixed homeoffice allowance €30/month + performance bonus + commission + surcharges

Your new responsibilities:
- Tariff consultation and credit note processing
- Recommendation of additional offers matching current products
- Commercial inquiries such as billing clarification, contract requests, relocation notifications
What you bring:
- Sales affinity
- Calmness in stressful situations
- Enjoyment of communication and telephony
- Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills
- Fluent German (C2 level) in speaking and writing
- Enthusiasm for working from home and using the latest technology
Requirements for working from home:
- Broadband connection (DSL, VDSL, or cable)
- Internet speed of at least 16 Mbps downstream and 1 Mbps upstream
- A quiet, lockable room with ergonomic workspace
- Residence in Germany
