Visual Merchandising Analyst II

Work Mode: Remote

Location: Remote – Nuevo León, Mexico

Opportunity

The Visual Merchandising Analyst II supports the design of showrooms, graphics, and digital assets for the Latin America region. Under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and in collaboration with department associates, the analyst will focus on retail environment projects, including research, conceptual design, planning, renovation, and new construction. Responsibilities include space planning, interior finish selections, procurement assistance, rendering development, and project documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop creative design concepts from sketches to construction documents using leading-edge philosophies.
  • Create space proposals, drawings, elevations, perspectives, renderings, and 3D models.
  • Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and other design software for presentations and drawings.
  • Support project bidding, contractor qualification assessments, and vendor selection.
  • Attend project meetings, prepare notes, and support project implementation, monitoring quality and compliance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and develop strong product and brand knowledge across Kohler brands.
  • Limited travel may be required.
Skills/Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD; knowledge of interior finishes, construction details, building codes.
  • Preferred: Skills in Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and hand sketching.
  • Educational requirement: BA or BS in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or from an NAAB-accredited School of Architecture.
