Job Description

- Communicate closely with VIP clients through various channels: Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, calls, online chats, and email;
- Analyze customer complaints and suggestions, monitor their actions, and seek opportunities to improve customer experience;
- Analyze customer accounts and create activation plans for each client;
- Perform daily analysis of client activity and their reactivation;
- Handle significant deposits/withdrawals of VIP and pre-VIP clients;
- Work on increasing deposits and turnovers of VIP clients;
- Address unsuccessful deposits/withdrawals;
- Work on group and individual performance indicators.

Qualifications

- Ability to work night shifts;
- Experience in customer service or sales for at least 1 year;
- English at least Intermediate level;
- Ukrainian - fluent;
- PC skills (Word, Excel, and other programs);
- Knowledge of successful client cooperation processes, patience, and active listening skills;
- Sociability, independence, attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
