Sep 21, 2025 - Chronos Agency is hiring a remote Sr HR Executive. Location: Philippines.

JOB SUMMARY
We are on the hunt for a proactive and detail-loving Sr HR Executive to join our team. Think of this role as the glue that keeps our people and processes together - minus the stickiness :) From keeping HR operations running smoothly to championing employee engagement, this position is all about balancing structure with heart. If you love checklists, people and making sure things don’t fall through the cracks, this could be your stage!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan & run employee engagement events – from town halls, Chronosversary, year-end party, to fun highlights that boost culture.
  • Get creative with remote engagement – design online events that are interactive and worth showing up for.
  • Prepare decks & presentations – capture key moments and keep everyone aligned during events.
  • Be the HR tech wizard – manage BrioHR, Engagedly and keep all HR data clean and updated.
  • Drive performance reviews – assign tasks, send reminders and keep the process moving smoothly.
  • Keep communication flowing – post HR announcements and updates in a timely, engaging way.
  • Support onboarding – partner with the TA Manager to ensure new hires have a smooth start.
  • Manage vendor relationships – handle HR tools, software and those little perks that keep employees smiling.
  • Keep data sharp – maintain clean records and accurate reports to guide leadership decisions.
  • Handle letters & docs – issue promotion, increment, confirmation and other key letters without a hitch.
  • Conduct graceful exits – run exit interviews with empathy and turn feedback into useful insights.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, with a strong background in HR operations and employee engagement.
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency or other fast-paced environments is a definite plus.
  • Comfortable using HR software and data management tools (bonus if you actually enjoy exploring them).
  • Well-versed in PowerPoint; Canva and video editing skills are a big advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy.
  • Highly organized multitasker with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solver who’s not afraid to suggest better ways of doing things.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn because growth never goes out of style.
