As our Senior Director of Data and Analytics, you will lead and shape Seed’s data vision, strategy, and execution. You will partner with leaders across Product, Science, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to transform data into actionable insights that drive business growth and scientific discovery. You will build and mentor a high-performing data team, define and scale our analytics frameworks, and advance a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

The annual pay range for this full-time position is $230k-$240k + equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US). Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level and experience required. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on additional factors, including: your specific location, desired skills/ technical competency, relevant experience and advanced education/ training.
