This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• Full-time (40 hours per week)Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm WST with 1 hour unpaid break.

• Client Timezone: Perth, Australia (AWST)
  

Scope:

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)

• Remote work arrangement

• Direct client-facing technical support

• Involvement in automation and development projects

Responsibilities:

• Provide level 2-3 IT support services for managed service clients

• Work with Microsoft-based technologies including Azure, Office 365, and Intune

• Develop and implement automation and integration solutions with existing tooling

• Support cybersecurity initiatives and implementations

• Handle complex technical issues that require senior-level expertise

• Collaborate on MSP operations and client service delivery

Requirements

• 5-10 years of MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience

• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies (Azure, Office 365, Intune)

• Experience with automation and integration development

• Cybersecurity knowledge and experience

• Level 2-3 technical support capabilities
