MAKE WORK FLOW GmbH is a Hamburg-based company that builds plug-and-play digitalization tools for small and medium-sized manufacturers. Our solutions bring speed, transparency, and automation to production and development processes. We serve international clients across the fashion and footwear industry.

We’re expanding our remote development team and are seeking experienced frontend engineers based in Jordan.

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Frontend Developer to help us create performant, intuitive, and scalable interfaces for our web-based SaaS tools. Whether you’re experienced in React or Flutter Web, your job will be to turn complex business workflows into seamless digital experiences — working closely with our product, backend, and ML teams.

Tasks

• Develop and maintain scalable frontend applications using React or Flutter Web
• Translate business requirements and UX/UI designs into responsive, interactive interfaces
• Ensure UI consistency, cross-browser compatibility, and high performance
• Collaborate with backend engineers and product managers
• Contribute to architectural decisions, refactoring, and code reviews
• Continuously improve usability, accessibility, and responsiveness

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development using React or Flutter Web
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and modern state management (e.g., Redux, Context API, Provider, Riverpod, etc.)
• Experience with responsive design, CSS frameworks, and UI libraries (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Material UI)
• Familiarity with Git and agile workflows
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and passion for quality code
• Experience with TypeScript (for React) or Dart (for Flutter)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing frameworks
• Previous work on SaaS products or industrial tech tools
