A leading fertility clinic committed to helping families grow is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Assistant to join our team! If you have strong communication skills, a passion for women's health, and experience supporting marketing initiatives, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate the content calendar and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
2. Draft, edit, and format content for social media, email newsletters, and blog posts.
3. Monitor community engagement – respond to DMs, comments, and inbound inquiries.
4. Support email marketing initiatives using tools like MailerLite and Canva.
5. Assist with campaign research, partnerships, and outreach efforts.
6. Use tools like Notion or Asana to maintain project organization.
7. Secure creative assets and help manage vendor relationships.
8. Support logistics for webinars, virtual events, and content production.
9. Track KPIs across channels and create basic performance reports.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of marketing or communications experience (internships and volunteer work count!).
• Strong writing and editing skills with a compassionate, brand-aligned tone.
• Ease with digital tools like social media platforms, email tools, or website editors—or enthusiasm to learn.
