Quinncia is seeking a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst to support an agile product development team. This role will collaborate with sales and engineers to test, iterate, and approve feature releases in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Candidates should have a strong interest in software development, technology, and the testing process, as well as exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.

The Quality Assurance Analyst will report to the engineering team and work alongside Engineering and Customer Success to develop innovative products in a dynamic environment. This position offers the opportunity to work in a cross-functional and critical role in a rapidly growing industry.

Responsibilities

• Testing new features and providing feedback to the product/engineering team.
• Writing and maintaining comprehensive test cases.
• Coordinating and managing feature releases with the product/engineering teams.
• Conducting regression and stability testing in live environments.
• Assisting Customer Success in reproducing and debugging customer-reported issues.
• Learning and mastering the full enterprise product suite.

• Clear and concise communicator, capable of working well with a small team.

• Experience with test automation tools like Cypress.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 and VPAT 2.0 guidelines, and testing for accessibility compliance.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with source code management tools like GitHub.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Travis.
• Experience with API testing.
• Docker experience is a plus.
• Understanding of non-structured database testing (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus.
• Motivated to learn and grow, interested in entrepreneurship, and comfortable with problem-solving in a startup environment.
