Ciklumis looking for aMiddle JavaScript Developerto join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Middle JavaScript Developer, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for our Client, a cloud computing and enterprise software company based in New York, NY that offers a no-code development platform-as-a-service (PaaS) for building enterprise applications.

Client's no-code platform allows users to design applications and other digital solutions through an entirely visual interface. Software is designed by configuring reusable visual components representing end-user-facing elements and application logic.

Responsibilities:

• Develop product, deliver features and defects fixes according to the product roadmap with defined standard
• Create tests for the features and follows the established code quality rules/metrics
• Identify and suggest possible solutions to resolve different types of issues (performance, CI/CD, etc)
• Develop and review feature design documents and provide inputs/updates to specifications for the solution

Requirements:

Software Design:

• Following the best practices and defined standards for implementing the NodeJS services
• Experience in implementing services with REST, gRPC approach

Software development:

• Knowledge and experience in implementing NodeJS services by using modern JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Prior record of use NodeJS features and 3rd party tools
• Hands-on experience in writing queries to SQL and noSQL databases

Quality Assurance:

• Practical experience in writing unit/integration tests. Able to spot the issues and define a Technical debt

Software Deployment:

• Clouds AWS, Docker Experience of using cloud platforms (AWS). Understanding Docker configuration. Follows the established containerization process
