Overview

HR Director is responsible for overseeing HR operations, leading employee relations, designing talent management strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Director will also work closely with leadership to align HR practices with the company goals. He will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including recruiting, training, and managing employee relations.

Responsibilities
  • Recruiting: Plan and lead the hiring process, including interviewing and hiring new employees
  • Training: Oversee employee training and development
  • Employee relations: Manage employee issues, such as grievances and disputes, conducting investigations and decide on disciplinary actions
  • Policy development and implementation: Research, develop, and update the organization\'s policies and guidelines as well as implementation
  • Strategic planning: Collaborate with leadership team to implement strategic planning to determine objectives, forecast needs and plan workforce
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and employment laws
  • Performance management: Lead the performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations
  • Team management: Able to manage a team and be a role model (leader) in the company
  • Employee records: Manage and maintain employee records
