Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the company’s HubSpot CRM and CMS, ensuring data accuracy and functionality.
  • Edit and manage content on the company website using HubSpot’s CMS.
  • Utilize AI tools and workflows to streamline data management within HubSpot.
  • Create, analyze, and present reports generated through HubSpot.
  • Manage and update the company blog and newsletter with engaging, relevant content.
  • Receive and distribute proposal requests to the appropriate sales team members.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email communications and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and respond to activity across social media platforms and online review channels.
  • Coordinate mailing of employee rewards and new association welcome packages.
  • Assist with planning, execution, and reporting of educational webinars.
  • Develop print and digital marketing collateral, promotional items, and educational materials.
  • Support internal communications through the creation of print and digital resources.
  • Oversee the company’s Zoom enterprise account and manage user licenses.
  • Assist with scheduling and organizing internal meetings.
  • Represent the company at in-person sponsored and trade events as needed.
