As an In-Game Support Analyst, you will assist Danish-speaking players by addressing their inquiries and ensuring they have the best gaming experience possible.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver real-time assistance to Danish-speaking players through in-game chat, email, and community platforms.
  • Identify and troubleshoot various in-game issues, helping players resolve technical problems related to gameplay and accounts.
