Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Analyst fluent in Norwegian and English to join a fast-paced Fintech customer care team. This role is fully remote but available only for candidates based in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will provide assistance for money transfer transactions, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat regarding money

    transfers and payment issues
  • Investigate transaction delays, errors, and account concerns

  • Guide users through platform processes including KYC,accountverification, and troubleshooting

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fintech products and compliance requirements
  • Escalate complex cases to internal departments as needed

    Residence in Sofia, Bulgaria is mandatory (remote work possible only from Sofia)
