About the Role

We Are Rosie is partnering with an innovative life sciences brand undergoing a strategic rebrand and seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the refresh of its marketing assets. This role blends strategic thinking, storytelling, and hands-on execution to modernize the brand’s presence across print and digital collateral. The initial focus is to develop a compelling one-pager that clearly articulates the brand’s differentiated offerings, followed by an audit and refresh plan for broader marketing assets. The ideal candidate is a hybrid creative leader combining copywriting and visual design skills. You’ll collaborate closely with a senior marketing lead and in-house stakeholders to align messaging, improve visual consistency, and produce high-impact deliverables that reinforce the company’s value proposition across channels.

Prioritized Responsibilities
  • Audit the existing rebrand strategy and marketing collateral to identify what’s working, what’s missing, and how to translate brand evolution into updated assets
  • Partner with the internal Marketing Lead to craft a clear and engaging one-pager that introduces the brand’s offering to external stakeholders (B2B and clinical audiences)
  • Develop a prioritized roadmap of assets that need to be updated or redesigned, identifying gaps, redundancies, and resourcing needs
  • Provide creative direction and hands-on support for key assets (e.g., brochures, pitch decks, email templates, infographics, etc.)
  • Collaborate with a freelance Video Producer to ensure visual and messaging alignment across multimedia formats
  • Offer direct design execution using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in brand development and marketing storytelling, with B2B and/or life sciences background
  • Proven ability to take complex information and translate it into simple, visual, audience-friendly collateral
  • Portfolio showcasing work across campaign storytelling, brand positioning, and high-quality collateral (e.g., sales tools, pitch decks, web assets)
  • Comfortable working in lean teams and fast-moving environments, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize independently
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders in regulated or highly technical industries is a plus
