Our client is seeking a highly organized and creative individual to manage all client-facing creative work. You’ll design high-performing carousels and infographics, edit podcasts, turn long-form recordings into short clips, and keep a tight creative calendar. With a focus on AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Make), you'll scale output while maintaining the company’s voice, clarity, and accuracy.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Design (40%)
Create data-driven infographics and LinkedIn carousels that clearly communicate the desired message.
Design thumbnails, cover art, and social templates; hand over visuals for HubSpot use.
Maintain client brand kits and asset libraries, ensuring consistent branding.
Video & Audio (40%)
Edit podcasts (cleanup, leveling, intro/outro bumpers), delivering episode assets like titles, descriptions, show notes, and covers.
Produce short-form clips from long-form content (webinars, podcasts) including 9:16, 1:1, 16:9 variants with burned-in captions and hooks.
Standardize captions, lower-thirds, intros/outros, and end screens.
AI, Automation & Language Quality (15%)
Use ChatGPT/Claude for content ideation, outlines, hooks, captions, and first drafts, maintaining libraries and templates for efficient work.
Build/maintain Make automations (e.g., transcription routing, file naming, thumbnail pipelines) to save time and reduce manual steps.
Apply editorial judgment: fact-check AI outputs, preserve the brand’s tone, and ensure grammar and flow are accurate.
Workflow & Collaboration (5%)
Run the creative queue and calendar in Notion; plan weekly with the Content Lead; communicate with clients via Slack.
Intake client brand guides/assets and enforce licensing and accessibility standards (open captions, alt text).
Keep Google Drive organized as the source of truth for all assets, ensuring clear folder structures and versioning.
Tools & Collaboration:
Creation: Figma, Canva, Descript, Riverside.fm, CapCut
AI & Automation: ChatGPT, Claude, Make
Collaboration: Notion (briefs, reviews, approvals), Slack (communication), Google Drive (assets)
What Success Looks Like:
Output (Weekly, after onboarding):
3-5 edited short clips with captions and thumbnails
2-3 carousels/infographics
1 podcast episode (edit, show notes, cover)
Landing page design as needed (wireframe + visual in Figma)
Quality & Process:
95% on-time delivery; ≤1 revision round for 80% of assets
Caption accuracy ≥99%; brand guideline compliance ≥95%
Two stable Make automations running for recurring workflows
Zero tolerance for basic grammar/spelling errors; copy reads clean, concise, and on-brand
Impact (Directional, Post-Baseline):
+25–40% median engagement on client social vs. prior 90-day baseline
Improved early retention on short-form (e.g., 3-sec views, average watch time) tracked by the Content Lead
Requirements:
Experience: 2-5 years of experience creating social-first design/video for B2B audiences. Portfolio required (3+ short clips with captions/thumbnails, 2-3 carousels/infographics, 1 podcast edit, and 3-5 caption samples).
Proficiency: Figma, Canva, Descript/CapCut, Riverside, Drive hygiene/versioning, accessibility basics.
AI Fluency: Strong prompting with ChatGPT/Claude, ability to templatize tasks, hands-on with Make (or similar).
Soft Skills: Extreme multitasking and time management; comfortable working from concise briefs in Notion.
Nice to Have:
Experience designing landing pages for HubSpot (you provide Figma + copy guidance, the specialist builds).
Familiarity with LinkedIn culture, B2B narrative structures, and performance heuristics.
Basic audio engineering (noise reduction, EQ, compression) and motion fundamentals.
