Role Description

  • Monthly Compensation: 1,060 USD to 1,150 USD
  • Calendar Management: Manage and organize complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare general documents using firm-provided templates.
  • Document Handling: Download documents received via email and upload them to the appropriate database (training will be provided).
  • File Organization: Maintain and organize electronic files for easy access and retrieval.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide reminders about upcoming appointments.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant role.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Experienced in handling complex scheduling and calendar management tasks.
