Overview

Sep 05, 2025 - Workstaff360 is hiring a remote Bilingual Administrative Assistant. Salary: $5-$7usd/hour. Location: USA.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize emails, reports, and general office communications.
  • Use contractor/project management software to handle:
    • Dispatching jobs and technicians
    • Invoicing and billing
    • Tracking work orders and project updates
  • Create, update, and maintain reports and documentation for management.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls (in English & Spanish) with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and calendar management.
  • Support internal administrative tasks to allow field teams to focus on operations.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely communication across teams.
Hard Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or office management.
  • Familiarity with contractor software, CRM, or invoicing systems (training provided if needed).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-proficient (Google Workspace, MS Office, project/dispatch software).
  • Professional, dependable, and client-service oriented.
Schedule
  • 25 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9AM–2PM US Pacific Standard Time
