AI & 3D Animation Specialist

About the Role
We’re looking for a versatileCreative Producerwith strong skills in3D animation,video storytelling, andAI-powered design tools. You'll bring characters and ideas to life through visual narratives, combining traditional motion design with emerging tech.

Key Responsibilities

• Animate and produce 3D content— from initial concept to polished video

• Design, rig, and animate charactersfor various formats (2D/3D/AI-assisted)

• UseAI tools(Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, etc.) tostreamline workflowsand elevate visual storytelling

• Createstoryboards, animatics, visual treatments, and style frames to pitch and guide production

• Collaborate with art directors, brand teams, and engineers to align oncreative direction and narrative tone

• Develop and maintain alibrary of reusable motion/3D assets

• Ensure consistency and innovation across deliverables, platforms, and media types

Requirements

• 3–5+ yearsexperience in animation, 3D design, or video production

• Astrong portfoliofeaturing 3D animation, character animation, and video storytelling

• Proficiency withBlender,Cinema 4D,Maya,3ds Max, orZBrush

• Demonstrated use ofAI creative tools(e.g.Runway,Pika,Midjourney,D-ID,Sora,Kaiber)

• Skills inAfter Effects,Premiere Pro,Photoshop, andFigma

• Excellent understanding ofmotion principles,story structure, andvisual pacing

• Bonus: experience withreal-time engineslikeUnreal EngineorUnity,facial animation, orcustom character rigs
