This is a fully remote, performance-based opportunity designed for professionals who thrive in independent, results-driven environments.

About the Role: As a High-Ticket Lead Generation Partner, you will engage with individuals who have requested more information about our offerings. Your primary focus will be to lead structured, consultative conversations to identify and qualify the right candidates who are a strong fit for our premium-level programs and services. This role is ideal for someone with a consultative sales or business development background and a strong interest in strategic client engagement and early-stage business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively with individuals who have expressed interest or requested additional information.
  • Conduct in-depth qualifying conversations to understand client needs and assess suitability for our high-ticket offerings.
  • Accurately track interactions, lead status, and qualification outcomes in CRM.
  • Provide valuable feedback to optimize our lead generation and qualification processes.
  • Collaborate with an experienced global team to support expansion efforts.
  • Operate independently while diligently following a proven client engagement framework.

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, entrepreneurship, or client engagement/qualification roles.
  • Confident, professional communicator with a consultative and empathetic approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a pipeline effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work without direct supervision.
  • Comfortable with a 100% performance-based compensation model.
