The Role

To drive and grow our business specifically in High-Tech and Semiconductor, we are seeking highly experienced Associate Partners with a strong background in High-Tech and business consulting to sell and lead strategic projects at clients in the High-Tech industry. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of industry expertise, leadership skills, and a consulting mindset to drive critical initiatives, optimize operations, and guide cross-functional teams toward achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership :
  • Lead the development of our High-Tech business to drive growth, operational efficiency, and market leadership.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, competitive analysis, and best practices from previous consulting engagements.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and drive business plans for the High-Tech business.
  • Operations Management :
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of complex programs, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management :
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and partners.
  • Manage client expectations while delivering value for our clients.
  • Serve as a point of contact for major clients in the High-Tech industry, leveraging consulting expertise to advise on industry-specific solutions.
  • Provide periodic reports and presentations to senior leadership on the status of key projects.
  • Team Management :
  • Manage expectations and foster personal growth among project team members.
  • Drive practice growth through hiring and coaching of consultants.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :
  • Partner with other service lines like ADM, BPM, and Engineering, as well as sales teams, to ensure alignment in sales and delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and resource allocation.
  • Lead project management teams to deliver on complex projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Financial Oversight & P&L Responsibility :
  • Develop and manage budgets for High-Tech programs, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor P&L performance for the High-Tech business, identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.
  • Work with finance teams to create financial models, forecasts, and investment cases for new semiconductor ventures.

Qualifications :

  • Education: Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Experience :

• 15+ years of experience in management consulting, with at least 8 years in the High-Tech industry.

• Previous leadership experience within a consulting organization, mentoring and guiding teams of consultants.

• Proven track record of selling and delivering consulting and technology services.

• Established executive-level client network in the High-Tech industry with a strong personal brand and credibility.

• Strong experience in driving digital, AI, Industry 4.0, supply chain, and/or cybersecurity transformation programs.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a matrixed environment.

  • Skills :

• Deep understanding of the High-Tech and/or semiconductor industry, manufacturing, and supply chain.

• Ability to work at senior executive levels, building empathy, credibility, and trust.

• Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging large groups.

• Leadership skills to manage multiple large teams.

• Financial acumen to manage revenue targets and growth objectives.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
