Job Description

Your Tasks

• Assist residents in daily life based on individual needs assessment.
• Develop, implement, and follow through with individual care plans within the framework of reference care.
• Plan, organize, and carry out activities with residents.

• Professional experience.
• Experience in participation planning / individual needs assessment.
• Proficiency in documentation tasks.

• Computer skills in MS Office.
• Training as a practical instructor for HEP trainees (desirable).
• Possession of a Class B driver's license.
