Your responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects with clients in hospitals, pharma, and MedTech
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers across the healthcare ecosystem
• Develop client strategies that drive long-term value and measurable impact
• Coach and guide a team of experienced account managers
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (product, supply chain, delivery)
• Use customer insights and market feedback to inform strategy and product direction

Your profile

• Professional background in a top-tier consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
• Deep sector knowledge in healthcare, life sciences, or MedTech
