Your Role

• Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies in compliance with German regulations (e.g., Arbeitsschutzgesetz, DGUV) and P&G standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, enforce preventative measures, and investigate incidents to prevent recurrence.
• Update safety protocols regularly to stay aligned with best practices and legal changes.
• Develop environmental policies ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and promote sustainability initiatives.
• Manage waste disposal, recycling, and conduct audits to meet environmental goals.
• Design and deliver HSE training programs and foster a safety-conscious culture.
• Develop emergency response plans and lead by example in safety and environmental excellence.
• Provide leadership to the HSE team and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Act as the key contact for HSE matters, offering expert advice and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
