Position Information

Position Title: Health Careers Lead Mentor

Position Number: 0000000

Hiring Range: $2,500/week

Location of Position: Hanover, NH

Position Purpose

This position will lead/supervise the Health Careers Mentors and assist in curriculum preparation and materials for the HCID program. It involves working with high school students to educate them about health career opportunities, college preparation, and important topics in healthcare. Mentors will provide supervision, mentorship, and guide participants in career exploration, research, and organizational support, as well as organize recreational activities.

The Lead Mentor is expected to start on May 19, 2025. Preparatory work can be done remotely. The camp session is from July 7 - July 12, 2025. The mentor should arrive on campus by June 23, 2025, and depart after July 14, 2025. Accommodations, meal card, and parking are provided. The mentor must ensure compliance with HCID code of conduct and Dartmouth’s COVID policies.
