HSE Product Compliance Engineer (M/F/X)

Looking to continue their growth and establish themselves as the leading global provider of connection technologies, they are looking to recruit a Product Compliance Safety Engineer to join their highly skilled team.

The role:

• Monitoring and evaluating legal and technical requirements for product compliance of our entire portfolio.
• Development of guidelines and measures for our product management, sales, procurement, production and development teams to ensure product compliance related requirements.
• Preparation and support of external audits as well as occasional internal audits.
• Carrying out regular product range analyses and initiating risk-based article tests in cooperation with testing institutes.
• Close teamwork in the further development of quality management for compliance processes and their optimization.
• Conducting training courses in various specialist areas to further develop application knowledge.
• Contact person (m/f/d) of our departments for specific questions regarding product compliance.

The person:

• Completed studies in a technical or technical-economic field (e.g. industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science)
• In your previous professional activities, you have gained several years of practical experience in supporting compliance issues (including REACH, ROHS, CE marking)
• You have a high affinity for regulatory issues and want to make products and business processes secure
• Excellent German and English communication and interpersonal skills.
