Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der planung und/oder Ausführung von Bauprojekten.
• Gute Kenntnisse in der Arbeitssicherheit gemäß den Vorschriften.

Aufgaben

• Überwachung von Bauprojekten gemäß der Baustellenrichtlinien.
• Beratung und Unterstützung von Kunden bei der Umsetzung von Arbeitssicherheitsmaßnahmen.
• Erstellen der erforderlichen Dokumentation.

• You take on the holistic supervision of construction projects (building construction, civil engineering, civil engineering) in accordance with the Construction Site Ordinance (BaustellV) and RAB 30
• With your in-depth knowledge, you will proactively advise and support clients and specialist planners in identifying and implementing measures to prevent occupational health and safety hazards
• You prepare the legally required documentation, including advance notice, health and safety plan and documents for subsequent work
• Through regular site inspections, you ensure that occupational health and safety measures are consistently adhered to during construction work
• You maintain an exchange with occupational health and safety authorities and accident insurance providers

Your profile

• A successfully completed degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable technical qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the planning and/or execution of construction projects is essential
• Sound knowledge of occupational health and safety in accordance with Annex B of RAB 30. Ideally, you are trained as an occupational safety specialist (SiFa) and/or have special coordinator knowledge in accordance with Annex C of RAB 30
• Confident handling of modern IT and EDP systems
• Knowledge of English for communication with international business partners is an advantage
• Strong expression skills to create precise and meaningful documentation and reports
• An independent, responsible and service-oriented way of working
• Class B driving license and willingness to work locally in the field
