Mandarin Oriental, Munich is seeking a Head Waiter / Chef de Rang for Matsuhisa Munich to deliver an exceptional dining experience and outstanding service.

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Munich, you will report to the Restaurant Manager and lead guest-focused service in a high-end setting, using your deep knowledge of food and beverages and fluency in German and English.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter / Chef de Rang, ideally within other exciting and high-end restaurant concepts.
• Strong service-oriented mindset and genuine passion for hospitality.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent German and English language skills.

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Head Waiter / Chef de Rang| Matsuhisa Munich is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience and outstanding service standards at Matsuhisa. The Head Waiter / Chef de Rang| Matsuhisa Munich reports to the Restaurant Manager.

As Head Waiter / Chef de Rang| Matsuhisa Munich, you will responsible for the following duties:

• Delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service to our guests
