We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head of Wealth Management for our wealth management platform, "COMETUM." As a pioneer in the field of tokenization, we provide investors with access to previously hard-to-reach private market investments such as private debt and private equity. With our innovative approach, we are revolutionizing the market and creating new opportunities for investors worldwide.

Tasks

  1. Build strong B2B partnerships with private banks, wealth managers, and family offices.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to strengthen our market presence and achieve revenue targets.
  3. Identify potential customers and business opportunities through targeted market analysis and networking activities.
  4. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through professional consulting and support.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to understand customer requirements and offer solutions.
  6. Lead and develop the sales team to maximize their performance and goal achievement.
  7. Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields (top tier universities preferred).
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of financial services, preferably in the private banking or wealth management industry.
  3. Demonstrated track record of acquiring new clients and building long-term customer relationships.
  4. Excellent knowledge of private market investments, particularly in the area of private equity, private debt, or real assets.
  5. Experience in building and leading a sales team.
  6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  7. High level of goal orientation, assertiveness, and initiative.
  8. Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking.
