Delivery Hero is seeking a Head of Vendor Strategy to architect vendor engagement frameworks and drive strategic initiatives to enhance vendor performance. This leadership role involves managing a team, collaborating with senior leadership, and implementing metrics for success across 17 markets, emphasizing a focus on diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
We're looking for a strategic leader to join us as Head of Vendor Strategy, owning the design and deployment of high-impact initiatives that drive success for our most important partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex cross-functional problems and is passionate about turning insights into scalable actions across a global footprint.
As the Head of Vendor Strategy, you'll architect how we think and work with our vendors to ensure they achieve a successful and healthy presence on the platform throughout their lifecycle. You and your team will design processes from incubation, performance monitoring, to re-engagement and revival. Your work will define success metrics for new vendors, prevent attrition among high-potential partners, and shape scaling strategies across 17 markets. You will collaborate closely with country Managing Directors, Commercial Directors, MDs, and central functions (Product, CRM, Operations) while reporting directly to the Senior Director of Partner Growth.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with frequent interaction with senior leadership, including our VP of Commercial and executive leadership across Delivery Hero. You will also lead a team of 4 direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture focused on ownership, accountability, and strategic execution.
