Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Ownership and Scaling
  2. Own the strategy and performance across multiple paid channels — initially managing one or two, then expanding scope and support as results scale. Guide UA operations across media buying, creatives, and funnels, while staying hands-on.
  3. Build scalable acquisition funnels — from execution to iteration — with aggressive growth targets in mind.
  4. Run high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements) to improve CAC and LTV.
  5. Contribute to channel strategy and cross-channel budget allocation.
  6. Collaborate with CMO and the executive team on quarterly UA goals.

Performance Analysis and Strategy

  1. Monitor performance daily using tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards.
  2. Drive decision-making through deep analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior.
  3. Build and maintain internal reporting frameworks that guide strategic shifts and tactical moves.

Creative & Funnel Optimization

  1. Own the creative briefing process: define hooks, formats, and angles based on performance patterns.
  2. Collaborate closely with content and product teams to launch and iterate on high-converting landing pages.
  3. Implement systems to reduce creative fatigue and increase testing speed.
  4. Build strong relationships with traffic sources and negotiate premium placements and deals.
  5. Explore new acquisition opportunities (networks, formats, tools) and build internal evaluation criteria.
  6. Stay ahead of ecosystem changes (platform rules, algorithm shifts) and adapt strategies accordingly.

Automation & Scaling Systems

  1. Identify opportunities to streamline acquisition processes through automation and internal tools.
  2. Create SOPs, playbooks, and experiment pipelines for efficient scaling.

Challenges You’ll Tackle

  1. Scale user growth from 30M to 100M in the next 12 months, optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and LTV — with full ownership of performance across your channels.
  2. Build and oversee a scalable creative engine: define briefs, testing frameworks, and feedback loops.
  3. Systematize landing page production: launch, iterate, and scale high-converting pages in collaboration with product and design teams.
  4. Expand the acquisition mix: identify, test, and scale new channels (direct-buy, programmatic, paid social).
  5. Lay the foundations for a high-performance UA team: lead by example, contribute to hiring, onboarding, and mentoring.

Minimum Experience & Skills

  1. 7–10 years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth, focusing on paid traffic channels.
  2. Proven track record of scaling campaigns with business impact (e.g., CAC reduction, LTV growth, revenue lift).
  3. Expertise in media buying operations: tracking setups, UTMs, postbacks, pixel integrations, attribution flows.
  4. Hands-on experience with platforms like Voluum, GA4, and channels such as TrafficJunky, ExoClick, TrafficStars, Meta, TikTok, Google.
  5. Analytical mindset with strong decision-making skills; comfortable with dashboards, spreadsheets, cohort reports.
  6. Strategic experience in building and scaling acquisition funnels.
  7. Cross-functional leadership skills: collaborate with product, creative, and data teams.
  8. Management experience mentoring or managing other buyers is a plus but not mandatory.
