Your tasks:

Organisational and disciplinary management of the renewable energy team (. Batteries, Wind, Solar)

Develop underwriting strategies and manage the global, cross line of business renewable energy portfolio

Interdisciplinary work with the other energy teams to develop an overarching energy approach

Provide technical expertise, assistance, and support in analyzing and underwriting complex risks

Close contact to other departments such as Risk Consulting, Claims and Pricing

Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and pursue business opportunities in the renewable energy market

Monitor market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to ensure portfolio profitability

Supporting our clients as Partner in Transformation towards renewable energy within their transformation risks

Your profile:

Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent diplomas (. in engineering or risk management)

Long-standing professional experience and technical expertise in the field of renewables

Proven leadership skills with prior experience in managing a team and extensive experience in underwriting renewable energy risks

Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities to assess risks, pricing, and portfolio performance

Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders

Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute underwriting strategies aligned with business objectives

Willingness to work with and learn about out other business segments of the energy portfolio

International experience and willingness to travel
