The core task of the department is to set the corporate strategy and ensure its implementation within CARIAD. In particular, this includes steering the transformation program and driving a number of high-priority strategic projects.

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader as Head of Target Management (f/m/d) who will shape the strategic direction of CARIAD and act as the primary interface to our key partners for our internal groups. The role provides an opportunity to have a deep impact by working closely with senior management across the group and company. Your job will furthermore include translating our strategy and transformation program into corporate targets and targets of organizational units.

The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic thinking, excellent business and partner development skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally at an experienced level.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Define CARIAD corporate targets and incorporate them into corresponding group processes.
2. Define target values for corporate targets and track progress.
3. Manage the derivation of corporate targets and embed them in management processes.
4. Manage and further develop the CARIAD transformation program (strategy implementation).
5. Establish and secure management commitment for transformation and target management.
6. Further develop a team of highly enthusiastic members.

WHO YOU ARE

1. Successfully completed degree, preferably in a technical field, with at least 7+ years of professional experience in a top-tier consultancy or the strategy department of a top-tier tech company.
2. Visionary leadership skills, mindset, and experience.
3. Extensive experience working in cross-functional, agile teams.
4. Strong intercultural skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders.
5. Outstanding analytical competence, strategic thinking, and implementation skills.
6. Excellent soft skills and empathy to lead stakeholders through organizational change.
7. Excellent English and German communication skills.
