Job Description

Walker Cole International is searching for a Head of Supply Chain to join a Germany-based pharmaceutical company with operations across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

As the Head of Supply Chain, you will oversee key planning and distribution activities for a regulated pharmaceutical supply network, supporting global operations and ensuring best-in-class supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supply planning and contribute to S&OP processes across international markets.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to support onboarding and relationship management.
• Support strategic initiatives to optimize the external supply network.
• Oversee logistics and warehouse coordination in line with GDP compliance standards.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure alignment across supply chain activities.
