We are looking for a Head of Strategic Initiatives, CEO Office (all genders) to join the CEO's Office at Delivery Hero, supporting our brands foodora, foodpanda, and Yemeksepeti.

In this high-impact role, you'll act as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving clarity, alignment, and execution across our most critical initiatives. From shaping global priorities and leading cross-functional projects to owning executive governance and strategic efforts, you'll help steer the organization at the highest level.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and drive strategic cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders from concept to completion.
  • Provide analytical support and insights to guide decision-making on key business questions.
  • Align global, regional, and local priorities by supporting the definition and refresh of company strategy, ensuring alignment across entities.
  • Manage governance for C-level and OKR meetings, ensuring follow-up and accountability.
  • Support strategic projects, from global initiatives to C-level offsite planning.
  • Design and maintain business planning processes, including OKRs, roadmaps, and dashboards.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, helping to move the business forward with clarity and focus.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years (excluding internships) of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Sharp strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • High business acumen with the ability to synthesize data and insights into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, especially with senior leadership.
  • Experience building governance structures, leading planning cycles, and driving accountability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for translating complexity into clarity.
