As we continue our rapid growth, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Software Development to lead and coordinate our diverse remote teams.

Your tasks

1. Provide strategic leadership for software development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and realization of the requirements from R&D
2. Oversee and participate in the technical vision and guide the development teams towards successful project delivery
3. Lead and coordinate multiple development teams, covering areas such as App Development, Web Development, Backend, and remote Developers
4. Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software development projects.
5. Ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget
6. Foster collaboration and effective communication within and across teams
7. Develop and execute the technical roadmap, staying abreast of emerging technologies
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions across the organization
9. Implement best practices for managing and leading remote development teams
10. Ensure efficient communication, high team engagement, and sustained productivity
11. Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the development teams
12. Drive the development of cutting-edge solutions, encouraging creativity and problem-solving.
13. Play a key role in the hiring process for critical technical positions.

1. Proven experience in a leadership role within software development
2. Strong background in coordinating diverse development teams, covering areas such as App Development, Web, Backend, and remote Developers
3. Exceptional leadership and communication skills
