We are seeking a Head of Software Development to lead and coordinate our diverse remote teams as we continue our growth.

Your tasks

• Provide strategic leadership for software development, aligning with business objectives and R&D requirements.
• Oversee the technical vision and guide development teams towards successful project delivery.
• Lead and coordinate multiple teams across App Development, Web, Backend, and remote Developers.
• Manage planning, execution, and delivery of software projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Foster collaboration and effective communication within and across teams.
• Develop and implement the technical roadmap, staying updated on emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions.
• Implement best practices for managing remote development teams, ensuring communication, engagement, and productivity.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Drive the development of innovative solutions, encouraging creativity and problem-solving.
• Participate in hiring critical technical positions.
