Recently, the company expanded its product portfolio through an acquisition and is now looking for an experienced Head of Software Development . In this key role, you will lead the agile teams, ensuring smooth project execution and continuous improvements in the development process.

Key Responsibilities as Head of Software Development :

• Lead and guide the software development team, offering mentorship , technical direction , and career development .
• Develop and implement the software development strategy , ensuring it aligns with the company’s business goals .
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering , design , deployment , and maintenance .
• Ensure adherence to best practices , including code reviews , testing , and documentation .
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as Product Management and QA , to define product requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in C#.NET and the broader software development field.

Requirements for the Head of Software Development :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in a senior software development role , preferably with experience managing or leading a team.
• Strong expertise in C#.NET , including ASP.NET and .NET Core .
• Experience with cloud platforms and Microservice Architectures .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams .
