The ideal applicant will be a single-minded leader and creative disruptor, with a proven track record in social-first content strategy, content creation, social media management, growth-hacking tactics and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a rockstar social media and social-first content strategy that increases brand awareness and traffic to our channels and websites.
  • Oversee the team that creates, edits and publishes high-quality, scroll-stopping content across various social channels both owned and paid.
  • Identify key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of content and social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Implement bold growth-hacking strategies to expand the reach and impact of our content and social media initiatives.
  • Apply A / B / C testing, user feedback, and analytics to continuously improve performance and audience growth - to back your creativity with data.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of social and content experts to position Social Media and its content at the heart of the company strategy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related role.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (paid and owned), analytics tools, and content management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Passion to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
