Vantage Towers is seeking a senior Deployment & Operations lead to steer regional rollout programs across our European network from the Düsseldorf hub. You will shape deployment standards, manage external partners and drive performance across volume, quality, costs and timelines.

The role requires strong leadership, budget governance and fluency in English and German. You will collaborate with regional teams and executives, report to senior management, and help accelerate sustainable telco

Your Responsibilities

• Deployment & Operations: You steer and optimize regional deployment rollouts, processes, and standards while ensuring target achievement across volume, quality, costs, and timelines.
• Resource & Capacity Management: You take ownership of resource planning, capacity management, and the efficient deployment of external partners and regional/central capacities.
• Operational Excellence: You identify and implement strategic improvement measures to drive continuous operational performance across all regions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: You foster strong relationships with regional deployment teams, suppliers, key partners like Vodafone, and executive stakeholders.
• Executive Reporting: You deliver regular performance reports to senior management and actively contribute to Executive and ExCo decision-making.

Your Profile

• Educational Background: Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional Experience: Extensive experience in deployment, rollout, or infrastructure projects, alongside proven senior leadership experience within the telecommunications sector (ideally mobile or infrastructure).
• Technical Skills: Strong track record in managing budget, complex programs, and large, decentralized teams.
• Soft Skills: High level of decisiveness, strong problem-solving skills, hands‑on execution focus, and the ability to thrive under pressure in complex environments.
• Language Proficiency: Business fluent / negotiation‑level skills in English and German.

At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Düsseldorf.
