The Team - your impact

Join our dynamic Portfolio Management team within the Digital Portfolio Office at E.ON Digital Technology GmbH. As the Digital Portfolio Office for the segments, you will play a crucial role in steering our digital transformation investments, ensuring alignment with segment-specific strategies.

Your Role - meaningful & rewarding

  • Support E.ON's decision making for DT (Digital Technology) investments in digital solutions across the segments incl. launching, adapting and embedding new ways of working
  • Create qualitative transparency across segment DT portfolios as well as a comprehensive picture where the projects contribute to E.ON's DT strategy and how much value they deliver
  • Implement and optimize agile portfolio planning across DT to support our Nautilus advanced rollout and establish product-centric organization
  • Develop your new team of highly skilled professionals and (re)define how portfolio management should be done
  • Determine investment strategies and ensuring that digital transformation investments are properly aligned with corporate and segement DT while being adequately sized and scoped
  • Consult and support strategic portfolio decisions, deriving necessary portfolio actions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and maximize impact
  • Lead the integration of DT investment roadmaps across the digital transformation organization, creating awareness of project interdependencies to drive cohesive progress

  • Managerial experience in DT
  • Deep understanding of DT demands, DT-specific contractual settings as well as experience in steering DT contracts as well as suppliers / vendors
  • Proven stakeholder management skills as well as comprehensive know-how in complex and stakeholder management intense roles with Board level interfaces (E.ON units and suppliers)
  • Ability to understand demand carrier needs, grasp quickly fundamental economic drivers and key risks and help to transfer them into relevant commercial strategies
  • Fluent in German and English, with international experience and intercultural skills
