An exciting international E-commerce company are looking for someone to join as the Head of Financial Reporting and Corporate Finance to lead their finance team, reporting directly to the CFO. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and overseeing corporate finance activities including valuation and financial modelling. This role is pivotal in driving our financial strategy and supporting their continued growth and success.

The Head of Financial Reporting and Corporate Finance will be responsible for :

• Lead and manage the financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Oversee corporate finance functions, including financial planning, analysis, and strategy development.
• Conduct valuations and financial modelling to support investment decisions, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
• Present financial reports and analysis to senior management and the board of directors.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company's financial practices remain current and compliant.

The Head of Financial Reporting and Corporate Finance should have the following qualifications and skills :
