SIXT in Munich seeks a Head of SAP Competence Centre to drive the S/4HANA Cloud transformation across the business, supporting SIXT's expansion into new markets and products.

You will lead a high‑performing SAP team, oversee the SAP ecosystem and interfaces (FI, CO, SD, Asset Accounting, RE-FX, DRC), and design, optimize and automate SAP solutions while balancing transformation with operational continuity.

Qualifikationen

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business Informatics, or equivalent with extensive SAP ERP experience in Finance and Controlling
• You have proven hands-on S/4HANA experience in FI/CO, ideally including cloud migration or implementing projects
• You have a track record leading complex transformation projects with teams from IT and business
• You possess strong communication skills to engage all organizational levels including C-level executives
• You have excellent problem-solving skills with a structured approach to devise pragmatic solutions for dynamic business requirements
• You are fluent in English – German is a plus
