SIXT seeks a SAP Solution Architect Finance to design and implement scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions across our global operations, bridging cloud-native architecture, microservices, and classic SAP systems for daily transactions in diverse regulatory environments.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Tax and Controlling to translate complex business needs into robust architectures and guide international teams delivering reliable enterprise systems that scale with SIXT's rapid growth.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of hands-on experience designing complex SAP solutions.
• Experience migrating SAP R/3 to S/4 and deep knowledge of S/4HANA architecture, especially GL/Asset Accounting, Controlling, and SD.
• Proven experience with SAP integration technologies (PI/PO, CPI) and cloud platforms, ideally in a Private Cloud environment.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture patterns, real-time processing, and analytics/data warehousing.

• You design and architect scalable SAP solutions that support our high-volume, global mobility operations — spanning dozens of countries, legal entities, and regulatory environments — processing millions of transactions daily
• You lead the technical vision for our ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation, with a special focus on Finance, Controlling, and Sales & Distribution (SD), ensuring seamless integration with both our cloud-native architecture and microservices ecosystem and our classic stack
• You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders — especially from accounting, tax, and controlling — to translate complex business requirements into robust, future-proof SAP solutions that scale with our rapid growth
• You collaborate closely withsoftware developmentteams while guiding SAP development teams andestablishingbest practices for SAP development, deployment, and operations across our international locations
• You ensure our SAP architecture supports our commitment to delivering top-tier customer experience through reliableandperformant enterprise systems

• ExperienceYouare passionate about SAP architecture and haveseveralyears of hands-on experience designing complex SAP solutions
• SystemsYouhave successfully taken part in SAP R/3 to S/4 migrations, including full-cycle implementations, are deeply familiar with both systems, and master SAP S/4HANA architecture, with deepexpertisein Finance (especially General Ledger and Asset Accounting), Controlling, and Sales & Distribution modules
• TechnologiesYouhave proven experience with SAP integration technologies (PI/PO, CPI, APIs) and cloud platforms, ideally in an SAP Private Cloud environment
• DataArchitectureYoubring strong knowledge of data architecture patterns, real-time processing, and have experience with analytics platforms and data warehousing solutions
• CommunicationYouare an excellent communicator who can translate technical complexity into business value and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels
