We’re seeking an ambitious Head of Sales Expanding Markets to lead our growth in Denmark and Germany. This is a rare opportunity to build and scale a sales organization from scratch — combining strategic design, hands-on execution, and commercial leadership.
Whether you’ve built sales teams before or driven large-scale transformations as a consultant, you thrive at the intersection of strategy, problem-solving, and delivery. You know that growth comes from testing, learning, and iterating — turning data and insight into practical adjustments that create real impact. You’re equally comfortable designing scalable structures and proving the model in the market yourself.
We’re not just after a traditional sales leader — we’re looking for someone who thrives on building, problem-solving, and making things happen. You might come from a sales background, or from consultancy with a proven track in driving commercial impact. What matters is your ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and to use testing, data, and iteration to turn ideas into scalable results.
You’ll succeed in this role if you:
Fluency in German and the possibility to work regularly from Munich and Copenhagen is a requirement. Fluency in Danish or another Scandinavian language is a strong plus.
