Responsibilities

  • Sales Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team; monitor sales targets, projects, and opportunities to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Sales Forecasting: Implement forecasting and pipeline management processes to predict revenue accurately, monitor performance, and prepare budgets and forecasts.
  • Market Execution: Execute market strategies in collaboration with regional managers, translating strategies into actionable sales initiatives to increase market share.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate marketing activities with regional teams, including communication plans.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders; support negotiations with customers.
  • Cross-divisional Cooperation: Work with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors, market trends, and industry developments; analyze data to identify opportunities and risks, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Representation: Represent ELANTAS at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business engineering, engineering, or chemistry (MBA preferred).
  • Industry Experience: Over 10 years in sales management within a global environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing sales team in a matrix organization.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other business systems.
  • Cultural Competence: Experience working with diverse cultures and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Personal Attributes: Driven, self-motivated, entrepreneurial, flexible, proactive, and culturally sensitive.
  • Travel Readiness: Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
