Your profile
- Completed studies or doctorate in a technical/scientific field
- Practical experience in working with laser systems
- Ideally expert in some common applications of ultrashort laser pulses
- A high degree of teamwork
- Confident in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English (further language skills are advantageous)

Your mission
- Responsibility for the sales department, incl. professional and disciplinary management of employees
- Monitoring/control and further development of the subordinate area incl. the associated processes of the associated processes
- Consistent further development of the sales strategy and development of new sales markets
- Identification of new potential customers, creation and implementation of an acquisition strategy
- Development and continuous maintenance of the necessary relationships with interested parties, customers and international distributors worldwide
- Preparation of quotations and draft quotations
- Processing of complex tender processes
- Participation in national and international trade fairs, Participation in national and international trade fairs, specialist conferences, technology meetings to represent the company
- Visits to customers for acquisition activities, receiving customer visits for sales meetings
- Close cooperation with the management and the various project managers
- Data maintenance, data evaluation
- Organisation of team meetings and strategy meetings
- Development and maintenance of the homepage and presence on social networks
